Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, particularly surgical gynecology.The method for ovary autografting after hysterectomy consists in that after carrying out the subtotal or total hysterectomy with removal of adnexa, it is sutured the incision of the abdominal wall up to the subcutaneous fat, then on each lateral part of the abdominal wall, into the subcutaneous fat, nearer to aponeurosis, it is formed one blind tunnel of a length of 5...6 cm, oriented obliquely laterally downwards up to the middle of the inguinal region. Then, the ovaries are separated from the anatomical preparation, there are necessarily removed the organic masses, the ovarian capsules are pierced or incisions are made thereon, then into each tunnel it is introduced one ovary, the tunnel entry holes and the operative wound are sutured. Afterwards, beginning with the second postoperative day, the subcutaneous fat around the ovaries is infiltrated 3...4 times with intervals of 1...2 days with a mixture containing 2 ml of 2% Lidocaine solution, 1 ml of 50% Dimexide solution, 5 ml of 1% Dioxidine solution and 12 ml of Metrogyl solution
