Abstract

The invention refers to the machine engineering, namely, to tractor transmission.The transmission comprises a clutch, fixed-ratio transmission, back axle with the main drive and brakes, final drives, on the output shafts of which there are installed the driving wheels. Between the clutch and fixed-ratio transmission it is situated a reduction of down and reversing gear with interconnected pinions, installed on the clutch shaft, primary shaft and beatings body of the fixed-ratio transmission intermediary shaft, as well as with a mechanism of the reduction gear control, made in the form of switchable tooth-type couplings.The novelty consists in, that all pinions of the down and reversing gear reduction are executed in the form of cylinders, pinions situated on the clutch shaft are free installed thereon and are coupled to the shaft by the switchable tooth-type couplings. The pinions, free installed on the intermediary shaft bearings body are executed in the form of pinions unit, coupled to the clutch shaft pinions and the pionion rigidly installed on the fixed-ratio transmission primary shaft, and one of the pinions, installed on the clutch shaft, is coupled to one of pinions of the unit through the intermediary pinion situated into the reduction of down and reversing gear.The result consists in reducing the working hours of transmission technical maintenance and in increasing the efficiency thereof.
