Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicina veterinară şi se poate folosi pentru obţinerea produsului cu acţiune lactogenă pentru profilaxia şi tratamentul animalelor agricole, mai ales a porcinelor. Scopul invenţiei constă în sporirea eficacităţii curativ-profilactice a produsului. Corionul se separă în cel neted şi cel vilos şi fiecare parte după mărunţire se ţine în apă până la hemoliză completă, iar apoi într-o soluţie de 0,2 % de clor pe baza soluţiei izotonice de clorură de sodiu până la denaturare completă; după aceasta se transferă în apă distilată, aducând valoarea pH până la 3,0. Masa se tratează cu soluţie izotonică de clorură de sodiu, se mărunţeşte şi se amestecă. Folosirea produsului pentru tratamentul scroafelor de prăsilă cu complicaţii puerperale, însoţite de hipogalaxie, asigură sanarea animalelor după 5-7 zile de tratament şi facilitează păstrarea a 95 % de purcei din progenitură.
