Abstract
Invenţia se referă la materialele radioelectronice şi în special la un procedeu de obţinere a cupratului de bismut Bi2CuO4.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că procedeul de obţinere a cupratului de bismut include calcinarea timp de 1 h la temperatura de 400°C a unui precursor care prezintă un compus coordinativ heteronuclear. În calitate de precursor se utilizează trihidratul bis [(µ2-etilendiamintetraacetato) bismutat(III)] de hexaacvacupru(II) [Cu(H2O)6][BiEdta]2∗3H2O, în care H4Edta = (HOOCCH2)2N(CH2)2N(CH2COOH)2 .Rezultatul constă în micşorarea temperaturii şi timpului de sinteză.
