Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la chirurgie şi oncologie, şi este destinată reconstrucţiei faringelui şi acoperirii concomitente a defectului de părţi moi din regiunea cervicală anterioară.Metoda propusă constă în pregătirea patului receptor, prelevarea unui autotransplant liber combinat, constituit dintr-un lambou miocutan, conţinând muşchiul mare dorsal cu tegumentul supraiacent şi un lambou fasciocutan scapular, cu un pedicul vascular unic, conţinând artera şi vena subscapulare, reconstrucţia peretelui anterior al esofaringelui cu lamboul fasciocutan scapular şi acoperirea defectului restant de părţi moi cu lamboul miocutan.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în reconstrucţia esofaringelui cu ţesut rezistent şi bine vascularizat, reducerea complicaţiilor vasculare şi septico-purulente şi sporirea calităţii estetice a plastiei.
