Abstract
Invenţia se referă la microbiologie şi poate fi folosită pentru determinarea productivităţii bio-masei microalgei halofile dunaliela, precum şi pentru desa-linizarea biomasei ei.Scopul invenţiei este mărirea exactităţii deter-minării biomasei. Procedeul constă în faptul că biomasa microalgei de dunalielă se separă din mediul de cultură, se înlătură reziduul de săruri prin spălarea biomasei cu soluţie, ce conţine 3,2-4,5 moli /l de acetat de amoniu şi 4,4-8,8 moli /l de hidroxid de amoniu, se usucă la 105€2€C până la o masă constantă şi se cântăreşte.
