Abstract

Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к ортопедии, и предназначено для хирургического лечения вывиха бедра.Предложенный метод включает разрез суставной капсулы по верхней поверхности сустава от основания шейки бедра продольно до вертлужной губы и кпереди и кзади до середины сустава, удаление соединительной ткани впадины до хрящевой ткани с одновременным удалением нижней части капсулы, субтрохантериальную остеотомию, костную надвертлужную пластику, вправление вывиха, пластику капсулы и иммобилизацию в гипсовом аппарате.Результат изобретения заключается в сохранении васкуляризации и анатомическом восстановлении вертлужной впадины, в стабильном упоре вправленной головки бедра и cтабильности сустава по основным направлениям движений.
