Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к гастроэнтерологии и эндокринологии.Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что регистрируют анамнестические данные, а именно длительность течения сахарного диабета (ДТД) и частоту гликемического мониторинга (ЧГМ), проводят клиническое обследование с определением баллов периферической диабетической невропатии согласно шкале Торонто (ПДН) и вегетативной сердечно-сосудистой невропатии, определенной при помощи тестовой батареи Ewing (КВН) и вычисляют дискриминантную функцию (F) по формуле:F = 3,532 - 0,157 · ПДН - 0,876 · ЧГМ - 0,104 · КВН - 0,079 · ДТД,и если F<0, прогнозируют наличие экзокринной недостаточности поджелудочной железы, а если F>0, прогнозируют отсутствие экзокринной недостаточности поджелудочной железы.
