Abstract
Invenţia se referă la domeniul de producere a materialelor termoelectrice cu anizotropie direcţionată, şi anume la un procedeu de recristalizare a microfirului de bismut în izolaţie de sticlă.Procedeul de recristalizare a microfirului de bismut în izolaţie de sticlă constă în aceea că microfirul de bismut în mişcare se încălzeşte până la temperatura de topire, cu formarea unei zone topite, care se deplasează de-a lungul mişcării microfirului printr-un condensator care generează un câmp electric puternic, unde se recristalizează într-un cristalizator de apă cu direcţia axei cristalografice C3 a microfirului în direcţia câmpului electric.
