Abstract

The invention relates to an insect keeping device that may be used for the obtaining of pea and bean beetle eggs.The device, according to the invention, includes a body (1), wherein it is placed a cylindrical section (3) for substrate coupled in the upper part with a hollow truncated cone (2) with the lateral surface inclined at an angle of 30°, the smaller base of which is joined from the inside with an inverse truncated cone (10) made of a transparent material, into the base of the cylindrical section (3) it is made a hole, wherein it is installed a trap (4) in the form of funnel, the lower part of which is joined with a detachable vivarium (6) made with perforated bottom (7), under which it is placed a detachable collector (8), the device also comprises a light source (9) placed above the hollow truncated cone (2).
