Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în special la mediile nutritive pentru cultivarea garoafelor in vitro.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că mediul propus conţine NH4NO3, KNO3, CaCl2 .2H2O, MgSO4 .7H2O, KI, KH2PO4, H3BO3, MnSO4 .4H2O, ZnSO4 .7H2O, Na2MoO4 .2H2O, CuSO4 .5H2O, CoCl2 .6H2O, FeSO4 .7H2O, mezoinozit, zaharoză, sarea disodică a acidului etilendiamin-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic, agar, soluţia apoasă de exometaboliţi Streptomyces canosus 71 şi apă în următorul raport al ingredientelor (mg/L):soluţia apoasă de exometaboliţi Streptomyces canosus 71 5,0...10,0 mlH2O restul.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în stimularea caulogenezei garoafelor şi în creşterea biomasei plantulelor.
