Abstract
The invention relates to construction and can be applied in the realization of works using plasterboard sheets, for example in the execution of partitions, ceilings, etc.The process for joining plasterboard sheets with end or cutoff edges consists in the fact that on the ceiling or walls/partitions of the room is carried out at the place mounting of the sheets with end or cutoff edges; by means of the reciprocating movement of a rotating disk unit or a rotating screw sleeve with compression along the edges of the jointing sheets is carried out the crushing/destruction of the outer plaster layer of the sheets; is carried out along the edges the separation and bending of the board strip from the plaster filling of sheets; using a cutting tool there are chamfered the sheets; on the inner surface of the bent board and chamfer is applied an adhesive and they are glued together; is applied primer on the joint line; is applied putty on the joint line; is leveled the seam with the spatula; is introduced a reinforcing tape in the joint and with the spatula is removed the putty surplus oozed out of the joint and is leveled the seam to form a single plane of the sheets and the joint seam.
