Invenţia se referă la parazitologie, în special la un procedeu de combatere biologică a nematodului Ditylenchus destructor la cartoful semincer şi poate fi utilizată în agricultură.Procedeul de tratare biologică a cartofului semincer contra nematodului Ditylenchus destructor include înmuierea cartofului semincer înainte de sădire într-o soluţie ce conţine lichid de cultură al tulpinii de bacterii Rhizobium japonicum CNMN-RB-06 cu titrul de 109 cel./ml şi apă, luate în raport de 1:200 respectiv, în decurs de 72 ore.
