Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно, к ортопедии.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что разрез мягких тканей дистального отдела плечевой кости осуществляют по латеральной, задней и медиальной поверхностям, затем устраняют ротационное смещение центрального отломка, восстанавливают стенки локтевой ямки с последующей функциональной внесуставной фиксацией костных фрагментов.Технический результат заключается в достижении чёткой репозиции фрагментов на всём протяжении зоны перелома без нарушения целостности мышц и нервов.
