Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la ortopedie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că incizia ţesuturilor moi se efectuează pe partea laterală, posterioară şi medială a regiunii distale ale humerusului, apoi se înlătură deplasarea de rotaţie a fragmentului central, se restabilesc pereţii fosetei cubitale cu fixarea ulterioară funcţională extraarticulară a fragmentelor osoase.Rezultatul tehnic constă în repoziţia perfectă a fragmentelor fracturii pe tot traiectul ei fără lezarea muşchilor şi nervilor.
