Abstract

Изобретение относится к усовершенствованному способу получения 4,1',6'-тридеоксигалактосахарозы (ТГС) подслащивающего агента.Цель изобретения - разработка упрощенного и более селективного способа получения ТГС из сахарозы.Способ включает предварительную защиту отдельных гидроксильных групп в виде ацилоксигрупп путем селективного хлорирования в 4,1',6-положениях углеродхлорирующим агентом, последующее деацилирование и выделение целевого продукта. Сахарозу избирательно ацилируют в 6-положении уксусным ангидридом в пиридине при комнатной температуре или при -30°С - -50°С с получением 6-моноацетата сахарозы или бензоилгалоидом в дихлорметаноле в присутствии карбоната натрия при температуре окружающей среды с получением 6-монобензоата сахарозы. 6-моноацилат сахарозы перед стадией хлорирования отделяют на катионообменной смоле.
