Abstract
Invenţia se referă la substituţii zaharozei, în special la obţinerea 4,1',6'-triclor-4,1',6'-trideoxigalactozaharozei (TGZ) pentru îndulcire în cazurile necesare. Pentru majorarea selectivităţii şi simplificării procesului protecţia prealabilă a oxigrupelor în poziţia 6-m a zaharozei se efectuează cu ajutorul acilării sau (CH3CO)2O în piridină la temperatura de cameră sau la temperatură scăzută [(-30-(-50) °C], sau cu benzilhalogenid în diclormetan în prezenţa Na2CO3, la temperatura mediului ambiant cu obţinerea 6-monoacetatului (sau benzoatului) zaharozei. Acilzaharoza obţinută se clorurează selectiv în poziţiile 4,1', 6' cu un agent clorurant (cu clorura de sulfuril) cu deacilarea ulterioară şi separarea produsului special TGZ cu randamentul până la 15 % la conţinerea de 99 %. În plus, este raţional ca înaintea clorurării 6-monoacilatul de zaharoză să fie separat pe răşina cu schimb de cationi. Deacilarea se efectuează prin tratarea cu metilat de sodiu în soluţie apoasă, iar extracţia cu diclormetan (pentru înlăturarea tetraclorderivaţilor) şi apoi cu etilacetat.
