Abstract

The invention relates to the coagulant obtaining process used for water purification, in particular, highly polluted with organic substances and can be used in the purification works of the meat-packing, wine-making plants and other branches of the food industry. The summary of the invention consists in the inert electrodes and diaphragm electrolysis of the sodium chloride solution, in particular, of waste resulted in the processes for water softening by ion-exchange resins. The obtained catholyte is mixed with a charge comprising aluminium comminuted waste, copper-plated dielectric, waste absorbent carbon and coke. The resultant suspension comprising aluminium oxychloride is mixed before its introduction into the water treated with anolyte comprising active chlorine, that awards the coagulant bactericidal properties. The technical result consists in obtaining a coagulant with improved properties and in extending the base of the raw material.
