Abstract
The invention relates to the heterocyclic substances, especially to the obtaining of oxadiazolelalkylpurin with general formula 1: in which A represents C1-C4-alkylen; R1 represents C1-C6-alkyl oxyalkyl-C1-C6 ,halogenic alkyl-C1-C6, alkylcarboxylic-C1-C4, cyclohexil, alkylamine-(CH2)n-NR2R3 when n=1-3, R2 and R3 represent C1-C4-alkyl or NR2R3 form the piperidine or morpholine cycle or R1 represents phenyl, oxyphenil, carboxyphenyl, benzil or dimethoxybenzil, or it's salts with the acides pharmaceutical useful, which possess an action against cough, which might be used in medicine. The purpose consists in the obtaining of new more active substances from this class. The synthesis takes place through the reaction of compounds with formulas II and III in which X represents halogen, in the presence of base in the organic dissolvent's medium. Moreover, in place of 3 methyl xantine (compound with formula III) might be used its salt of Na or K-. The separation of final substance is done or under base form, or under the necessary salt. New substances possess a more powerful action against the cough in compairing with codeine, being a little toxic.Tab.: 1
