Abstract

Invenţia se referă la viticultură, şi anume la un procedeu de cultivare a butaşilor de viţă-de-vie pe soluri cu un conţinut excesiv de cupru.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, prevede încorporarea în sol la plantarea butaşilor a unei suspensii de bacterii ale tulpinilor Azotobacter chroococcum CNMN-AzB-01, Bacillus subtilis CNMN-BB-08 şi Pseudomonas putida CNMN-PsB-06 cu un consum de 0,7 L/butaş şi tratarea extraradiculară a butaşilor cu o soluţie apoasă a unui complex de microelemente Mn, Fe, Zn, B, Mo, Co, luate în raport de 1:1,95:0,23:0,44:0,001:0,001 corespunzător, suplimentat cu arginină, valină şi acid succinic, cu un consum total de 30…50 ml/butaş.
