Изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству, в частности к способу предпосевной обработки семян лука репчатого.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает замачивание семян лука репчатого перед посевом в течение 15 мин в 0,01%-ном водном растворе суммы гликозидов, полученных из растений Melampyrum nemorosum L. путем экстрагирования 60%-ным этанолом при нагревании.
