Abstract
The invention relates to the coated pesticidal agents, processes for their preparation and compositions containing them, and may be used in agriculture for combating agricultural pests and parasites on the lots, wherein they are exposed to ultraviolet radiation.Substance of the invention consists in providing a coated pesticidal agent which retains a significant amount of its original activity after exposure to the ultraviolet radiation; in providing simple, less arduous processes for the preparation of coated pesticidal agents which are more suitable for commercial manufacture and in providing a wettable powder pesticidal composition containing a coated pesticidal agent.The coated pesticidal agents comprise a pesticidal agent core surrounded by a matrix, which comprises about 2 to 25% by weight of a pH-dependent polymer, 0% to about 5% by weight of a plasticizer, about 5 to 45% by weight of an ultraviolet protector, 0% to about 75% by weight of a stilbene compound, 0% to about 10% by weight of a disintegrating agent, and 0% to about 10% by weight of an addition for rising the fluidity of the dry product (diminution of clinging) - a glidant. Furthermore, processes are proposed in the invention for the preparation of coated pesticidal agents, and wettable powder pesticidal compositions comprising the coated pesticidal agents.
