Изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству, а именно к методу селекции материнских форм пшеницы для гибридов с высокой массой зерна в колосе.Метод, согласно изобретению, включает определение числа зерен в колосе у материнских форм, стандартизацию данных, множественный регрессионный анализ с определением коэффициента регрессии β для числа зерен в колосе у материнских форм и селекцию форм со значениями коэффициента регрессии β 0,656…0,712.
