Abstract
Description
Invenţia se referă la construcţii rutiere, în special la echipamente pentru construirea conurilor pilelor terminale de poduri, estacade, viaducte. The invention relates to road construction, in particular to equipment for building the cones of terminal piles of bridges, trestles, viaducts.
Este cunoscut echipamentul utilizat în timpul construirii conurilor pilelor terminale de poduri, estacade, viaducte care include excavator de nivelat terenul, cilindru compresor vibrator, bătătoare autopropulsabile electrice, macara autopropulsată [1]. Dezavantajele echipamentului cunoscut constau în aceea că tehnologiile aplicate pentru construirea suprastructurii rutiere presupun finisarea construirii conului, după care se începe instalarea grinzilor portante ale suprastructurii. Problema pe care o rezolvă prezenta invenţie constă în asigurarea îmbinării operaţiilor tehnologice de construire a conurilor şi de montare a suprastructurilor. Problema se soluţionează prin aceea că echipamentul pentru construirea conurilor pilelor terminale de poduri, estacade, viaducte conţine două electropalane cu cărucior, unite printr-o legătură de odgoane/cabluri. Fiecare electropalan cu cărucior este instalat cu posibilitatea deplasării alternative pe grinzi directoare, cel puţin o grindă dintre ele fiind fixată pe şi sub grinzile construcţiei portante a planşeului deschiderii în apropierea pilelor terminale şi electropalanul cu cărucior, instalat pe ea, este dotat cu un sistem de palane. Cealaltă grindă este fixată pe pile intermediare ale construcţiei de transport cu mai multe travee şi electropalanul cu cărucior, instalat pe ea, este dotat cu un bloc. Pe legătura de odgoane/cabluri cu posibilitatea deplasării alternative de-a lungul acesteia este instalată o casetă a palanului de ridicare. Echipamentul folosit pentru construirea conurilor 1 pilelor terminale 2 (pilonilor terminali) de poduri, estacade, viaducte conţine două electropalane cu cărucior 3, 4, unite printr-o legătură de odgoane/cabluri 5. Fiecare electropalan cu cărucior 3, 4 este instalat cu posibilitatea deplasării alternative pe grinzile 6, 7 directoare. Grinda 6 este fixată pe şi sub grinzile 8 construcţiei portante a planşeului deschiderii aproape de pilele terminale 2, iar electropalanul cu cărucior 3 instalat pe aceasta este dotat cu un sistem de palane 9. Grinda 7 este fixată pe pilele 10 intermediare ale construcţiei de transport cu mai multe travee. Palanul electric cu cărucior 4, instalat pe ea, este dotat cu un bloc. Totodată pe legătura de odgoane/cabluri 5 cu posibilitatea deplasării alternative de-a lungul acesteia este instalată o casetă a palanului de ridicare 11. Cu excavatorul de nivelat terenul se construieşte terenul de fundaţie al conului 1. Se efectuează montarea grinzilor 8 (construcţiilor portante de deschidere) sub şi pe care aproape de pilele terminale 2 se montează grinda 6 directoare pentru electropalanul cu cărucior 3 cu sistem de palane 9. Pe pila 10 intermediară se montează grinda 7 directoare pentru electropalanul cu cărucior 4 dotat cu un bloc. Electropalanele cu cărucior 3, 4 se unesc printr-o legătură de odgoane/cabluri 5, pe care cu posibilitatea deplasării alternative este instalată caseta palanului de ridicare 11. În fig.1 este prezentată suspendarea de caseta palanului de ridicare 11 a unui vibrator flotant 12. În terenul de fundaţie al conului 1 pe perimetrul acestuia se construieşte un opritor de beton 13. Deplasând electropalanele cu cărucior 3, 4 pe grinzile 6, 7 directoare şi deplasând caseta palanului de ridicare 11 cu un echipament sau altul fixate pe aceasta (vibrator flotant, şină de vibrare, furtun al pompei de beton etc.), suspendând greutatea (benă cu beton sau cu piatră spartă, cu nisip sau plăci de beton pentru acoperirea conului) este posibilă finisarea construirii întregului con 1.
