Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la oncologie şi poate fi utilizată pentru suturarea anastomozelor în tratamentul cancerului flexurii hepatice a colonlui.Metoda de tratament al cancerului flexurii hepatice a colonului constă în aceea că se efectuează intervenţia chirurgicală de înlăturare a tumorii în bloc, inclusiv porţiunile de organe în care tumoarea de colon a concrescut, iar la formarea anastomozelor se utilizează material de sutură din mătase, preventiv impregnat în soluţie ce conţine β-(5-nitrofuril-2)-acrolein şi bromelaină, luate în raport de 2:1, timp de 2 ore.
