Abstract

The invention relates to agricultural machinery industry, namely to ventilatory-atomizing units of the tall tree sprayers.The ventilatory-atomizing unit of the sprayer comprises a horizontal shaft (1), on which are symmetrically placed two axial fans (2, 4) with diffusers (3, 5) and atomizers. The diffusers (3, 5) are rigidly secured on the frame of the sprayer. At least one of the fans (2, 4) is made with the possibility of regulating the angle of attack of its blades.

Description

Invenţia se referă la construcţia de maşini agricole, şi anume la ansambluri de ventilaţie-pulverizare ale maşinilor de stropit pentru tratarea pomilor înalţi. The invention relates to the construction of agricultural machinery, namely to ventilation-spraying assemblies of spraying machines for treating tall trees.

Se cunoaşte un ansamblu de ventilaţie utilizat la maşina de stropit, care conţine un arbore, pe care este amplasat un ventilator axial cu difuzoare, pe care sunt fixate articulat conducte de aer, pe capătul cărora sunt instalate pulverizatoare [1]. A ventilation assembly used in a spraying machine is known, which contains a shaft, on which an axial fan with diffusers is placed, on which air ducts are articulatedly fixed, on the end of which sprayers are installed [1].

Dezavantajul acestei soluţii constă în faptul că în procesul de utilizare a ansamblului la tratarea pomilor nu este posibilă schimbarea fluxului de aer, deoarece difuzoarele fiind fixate rigid de cadru, conductele de aer cu pulverizatoarele se află într-o poziţie ridicată. Ansamblul de ventilaţie-pulverizare al maşinii de stropit (v. figura) conţine arborele orizontal 1, pe care este fixat ventilatorul axial 2 cu difuzorul 3. Simetric ventilatorului 2 şi difuzorului 3 sunt montate, suplimentar pe arborele 1, ventilatorul axial 4 cu difuzorul 5. În zona ferestrelor de ieşire ale difuzoarelor 3 şi 5 sunt fixate barele cu pulverizatoarele (în figură nu sunt prezentate).
