Abstract
The invention relates to the biogas continuous cleaning plants and can be used for cleaning methane used as fuel for thermal and electric power obtaining, for fuelling of motor transport, or as alternative fuel.The biogas continuous cleaning plant includes a hermetic capacity (1) with conic bottom and with a biogas collecting and cleaning bubbler (7), installed above a conic settler (3) with a lime water solution, at the same time the capacity (1) is provided with a pipeline for biogas inlet (2) into the bubbler (7), a cleaned gas outlet system, made in the form of two pipelines (11, 12). On the pipeline (11) it is installed a valve (10) for biogas escape under the working pressure, and on the pipeline (12) - an electromagnetic valve (9), controlled by a manometer (8). The capacity (1) is also equipped with a solution dispersion injector (6). In the upper part of the capacity (1) it is placed a biogas drying compartment, wherein there are installed changeable cassettes (5) with lumps of burnt lime. And the conic settler (3) is equipped with a pump (4), feeding the solution into the injector (6) and an unloading bunker (13) for slime removal, installed into the conic bottom of the settler (3).
