Abstract

Inventia se refera la instalatiile pentru epurarea continua a biogazului si poate fi utilizata pentru epurarea metanului utilizat in calitate de combustibil pentru obtinerea energiei calorice si electrice, alimentarea transportului auto, sau in calitate de combustibil alternativ. Instalatia pentru epurarea continua a biogazului include o capacitate ermetica (1) cu fund conic cu un barbotor (7) pentru colectarea si epurarea biogazului, instalata deasupra unui decantor conic (3) cu o solutie de lapte de var, totodata capacitatea (1) este dotata cu o conducta pentru admisiunea biogazului (2) in barbotor (7), un sistem de eliminare a gazului epurat, executat in forma de doua conducte (11, 12). Pe o conducta (11) este instalata o supapa de evacuare (10) a biogazului la presiunea de lucru, iar pe alta conducta (12) - o supapa electromagnetica (9), dirijata de un manometru (8). Capacitatea (1) de asemenea este dotata cu un injector (6) pentru dispersarea solutiei. In partea superioara a capacitatii (1) este amplasat un compartiment pentru uscarea biogazului, in care sunt instalate casete schimbabile (5) cu bucati de var nestins. Iar decantorul conic (3) este dotat cu o pompa (4), ce debiteaza solutia in injector (6) si cu un buncar de descarcare (13) pentru eliminarea slamului, montat in fundul conic al decantorului (3).The invention relates to installations for the continuous purification of biogas and can be used for the purification of methane used as fuel for obtaining caloric and electrical energy, supplying car transport, or as alternative fuel. The installation for continuous purification of biogas includes a hermetic capacity (1) with conical bottom with a bubble (7) for collecting and purifying biogas, installed above a conical decanter (3) with a solution of lime milk, at the same time the capacity (1) is endowed with a pipe for the admission of biogas (2) into the cylinder (7), a system of elimination of the purified gas, executed in the form of two pipes (11, 12). An outlet valve (10) of the biogas at working pressure is installed on one pipe (11), and on another pipe (12) - an electromagnetic valve (9), guided by a manometer (8). Capacity (1) is also equipped with an injector (6) for dispersing the solution. In the upper part of the capacity (1) is located a compartment for drying the biogas, in which are installed changeable boxes (5) with pieces of unstinted lime. And the conical decanter (3) is equipped with a pump (4), which cuts the solution in the injector (6) and with a discharge bunker (13) to eliminate the slurry, mounted in the conical bottom of the decanter (3).
