Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к кардиологии.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что производят велоэргометрию, затем определяют соотношение Ti между продолжительностью зубца T в конце каждой ступени велоэргометрии Tr и стандартизированной продолжительностью зубца T-Tn по формуле:,где:QTr - продолжительность интервала QT в конце каждой ступени велоэргометрии;Tin - продолжительность зубца T в условиях базального метаболизма;QTin - продолжительность интервала QT в условиях базального метаболизмаи в случае:Ti равен 100%±10% определяют условную норму;Ti меньше чем 90% определяют состояние ишемии;Ti больше чем 110% определяют состояние гипоксии.Технический результат заключается в повышении чувствительности и точности способа.
