Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină şi anume la cardiologie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se efectuează ciclometria, apoi se determină raportul Ti dintre durata undei T la sfârşitul fiecărei trepte a ciclometriei Tr şi durata standardizată a undei T - Tn conform formulei:,în care:QTr fiind intervalul QT la sfârşitul fiecarei trepte a ciclometriei;Tin - durata undei T în condiţiile metabolismului bazal;QTin - durata intervalului QT în condiţiile metabolismului bazalşi în cazul în care:Ti este egal cu 100%±10%, se stabileşte normă condiţionată;Ti este mai mic de 90%, se stabileşte stare de ischemie;Ti este mai mare de 110%, se stabileşte stare de hipoxie.Rezultatul tehnic este mărirea sensibilităţii şi a exactităţii metodei.
