Изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству и может быть использовано при регулировании роста и развития растений при пониженных температурах.Сущность изобретения состоит в обработке семян перед посевом 0,0001-0,1% водным раствором гекса-m-ацетатo(О,О')-m3-оксо-трис-(диэтилнико-тинамид)-диферро (III)кобальт(II) моногидрата.Технический результат изобретения состоит в ускорении пролиферации клеток.
