Abstract
Un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau de phosphate de fer lithié revêtu de carbone est divulgué. Le procédé de fabrication comprend les étapes suivantes : (a) fournir une première suspension, une source de carbone et une source de lithium, la première suspension étant formée à partir d'une source de fer et d'une source de phosphore ; (b) mélanger la première suspension, la source de carbone et la source de lithium pour former une deuxième suspension, et broyer la deuxième suspension dans un réservoir (1) à une première température pour former une troisième suspension, la première température étant comprise entre 25 °C et 40 °C ; et (c) sécher et fritter la troisième bouillie pour former le matériau de phosphate de fer lithié revêtu de carbone comprenant une couche centrale et une couche de revêtement appliquée sur la couche centrale, dans lequel la couche centrale est formée à partir de la source de lithium, de la source de fer et de la source de phosphore, et la couche de revêtement est formée à partir de la source de carbone.
