Abstract

L'invention porte sur un croisement micro-ruban reconfigurable original à quatre ports, basé sur des diodes. This crossover features an original miniature design and offers flexibility and reconfigurability with an ultra-wide bandwidth of approximately 8 GHz (operating from 1 Hz to 8 GHz). This diode-based crossover solves a critical problem observed in microstrip printed circuit boards. Thanks to its reconfigurability and impressive performance, it can operate in microwave bands (ISM, L, S, and C bands, etc.) as a power splitter and controller through the desired port(s) by switching its diodes. The proposed crossover will replace T-type and Wilkinson power dividers, as well as 90° and 180° couplers of the 0dB, 3dB, 6dB, and 9dB types. The invented device can be used to power microwave devices such as amplifiers, mixers, filters, and antennas (including array, MIMO, and multibeam antennas) in order to reconfigure them and broaden their bandwidth by switching its diodes. It can also be applied to beamforming circuits and Butler matrices.
