Abstract

Un mécanisme de rupture sous-marine pour une batterie à coque en aluminium est divulgué dans la présente invention, le mécanisme comprenant une déchiqueteuse, une ouverture de chargement étant formée dans lextrémité supérieure de la déchiqueteuse, un mécanisme de déchiquetage étant disposé dans la déchiqueteuse au-dessous de l'ouverture de chargement, une masse d'eau étant stockée dans une chambre interne de la déchiqueteuse, le mécanisme de déchiquetage étant immergé dans la masse d'eau, un mécanisme de pulvérisation étant disposé sur la déchiqueteuse, le côté du mécanisme de pulvérisation à l'opposé de l'ouverture de chargement de la déchiqueteuse étant pourvu d'un canal qui est en communication avec la chambre interne de la déchiqueteuse, le côté du canal à l'opposé du mécanisme de pulvérisation étant pourvu d'une ouverture, un côté de l'ouverture de la déchiqueteuse étant au moins pourvu intérieurement de deux chambres de collecte de matériaux déchiquetés, un cadre de collecte étant disposé de façon mobile dans le canal, et le cadre de collecte étant apte à monter et descendre le long du canal et étant retourné au niveau de l'ouverture. Dans la présente invention, une batterie usagée est déchiquetée sous l'eau au moyen du mécanisme de déchiquetage, de telle sorte qu'une combustion d'électrolyte provoquée par la décharge incomplète de la batterie soit réduite, et des électrolytes résiduels sur une coque de batterie et sur une cellule interne sont retirés au moyen de la masse d'eau, ce qui facilite le traitement et la mise au rebut ultérieurs de matériaux de batterie déchiquetés et réduit la pollution de la combustion d'électrolyte dans l'environnement.
