Abstract
Le film mince de 3( 4) 8( 4)6, 6 2 est électrodéposé à partir d'une solution contenant un précurseur de Sel de Mohr ((NH4)2 Fe(SO4)2.6H2O) et de l'acide phosphorique (H3PO4). L'électrodéposition a été effectuée par réaction galvanostatique. La réaction d'électrodéposition se déroule en deux étapes réaction électrochimique suivie d'une précipitation en milieu phosphorique. La morphologie et la structure cristalline ont été examinées au microscope électronique à balayage couplé à une spectroscopie à rayons X à dispersion d'énergie (MEB/EDS), à une diffraction de rayons X (DRX) et la spectroscopie infrarouge à transformée de Fourier (FTIR), respectivement.
