Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de craquage sous vide pour une batterie d'alimentation et un procédé de craquage associé. Le dispositif de craquage comprend un cylindre et comprend en outre un dispositif de laminage, un premier dispositif d'étanchéité, un dispositif de craquage, un deuxième dispositif d'étanchéité, un dispositif de pyrolyse et un troisième dispositif d'étanchéité qui sont disposés de haut en bas. Le dispositif de craquage pour la batterie électrique de la présente invention est équipé du premier dispositif d'étanchéité, du deuxième dispositif d'étanchéité et du troisième dispositif d'étanchéité pour isoler le dispositif de craquage du dispositif de pyrolyse et être capable de réaliser une transmission de matériau et une isolation de gaz sans interférence l'un avec l'autre, de sorte que l'agitation de gaz entre une zone anaérobie et une zone aérobie est évitée ; et en combinant le craquage de batterie et la pyrolyse de batterie, avec du gaz craqué évacué après le craquage comme combustible pour le craquage et la pyrolyse ou le préchauffage d'un dispositif de pyrolyse, les ressources sont pleinement utilisées.
