Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de valoriser de manière sélective les éléments compris dans une matière issue dun mélange de batteries en fin de vie. L'invention se rapporte plus particulièrement au domaine de la valorisation des éléments métalliques comprenant le cobalt, le nickel, le manganèse présents dans les matières issues de batteries lithium-ion en fin de vie, la présente invention présente aussi une solution pour la valorisation du lithium ainsi que le carbone graphite, sous forme de carbonates de lithium et de carbone graphite dans le cas où la matière provient des batteries rechargeables, le procédé objet de cette invention permet donc de valoriser les éléments contenus dans une matière issue des batteries lithium-ion en fin de vie de telle sorte à avoir de nouveaux produits pouvant servir à une deuxième utilisation pour la préparation de matériaux actifs pour les batteries lithium –ion.
