Abstract
We propose a storage system based on gravitational potential energy. The system consists of a piston (2) suspended by a pulley system (9) and placed in a cylindrical structure (1) filled with water. The use of a pulley system in combination with a hydraulic system allows the stored energy to be maximized. Thus, energy production is optimized by this technology compared to existing gravitational energy storage systems.
