Abstract

Ijs'agit d'un nouvel ouvrage d'infrastructure il interposer entre le sol d'assise et la construction dit "platine parasismiqueneosset", cet ouvrage est constitué de nappes superposées d'aciers inoxydables, les aciers de chaque nappe sont disposés parallèles entre eux, les aciers de chaque nappe sont perpendiculaires à ceux de la nappe adjacente par-dessous ou par-dessus, les nappes sont entrecroisées, les platines couvrent tout le sol d'assise sous la construction, cette platine parasismique permet d'absorber en partie les accélérations horizontales dues aux mouvements sismiques, ainsi on préserve les éléments structuraux de la fatigue due par les secausses telluriques horizontales qui viennent les premières, l'objectif est de donner un laps de temps aux occupants pour quitter la construction en sécurité, de sauver des vies et de sauvegarder les biens immobiliers,This is a new infrastructure work it is interposed between the bedrock and the so-called "earthquake plate" construction, this work consists of superimposed layers of stainless steels, the steels of each layer are arranged parallel to each other , the steels of each layer are perpendicular to those of the adjacent layer from below or above, the layers are crisscrossed, the plates cover the entire foundation ground under the construction, this earthquake-resistant plate can partially absorb the horizontal accelerations due to seismic movements, thus preserving the structural elements from fatigue due to the horizontal telluric shocks which come first, the objective is to give occupants time to leave the construction in safety, to save lives and safeguard real estate,
