Abstract
Dans les fours de réchauffage de l'art antérieur, les produits à chauffer traversent successivement une zone de préchauffage et une ou plusieurs zones de chauffage ou d'égalisation dans lesquelles les produits sont amenés pas à pas jusqu'à leur température finale déterminée pour traitement ultérieur. Afin de réduire le temps de séjour des produits dans l'espace du four et minimiser ainsi le risque de formation de tartre sur la surface du produit, la zone de préchauffage est, selon l'invention, équipée au moins dans certaines sections de brûleurs à oxygène sont conçus de telle sorte que les gaz de combustion qui en sortent forment une flamme qui, en fonctionnement du dispositif, atteint la surface des produits. Le contact direct avec la flamme augmente l'efficacité du transfert de chaleur et réduit ainsi le temps de séjour des produits.
