Abstract

Une nouvelle brique composite contenant un bloc en plastique mince et fermé rempli de ouate de cellulose en vrac, et enrobée de béton de granulats est proposée pour la construction des cloisons et des murs semi-porteurs ou non porteurs, et aussi dans les planchers, en tant que hourdis. Ses propriétés thermiques et acoustiques et mécaniques intéressantes, offrent plusieurs avantages dans l’isolation interne ou externe des parois du bâtiment. Cette nouvelle brique est fabriquée selon un mode de fabrication spécifique avec un moule adapté, et peut prendre plusieurs formes parallélépipédiques avec des dimensions variées. La nouvelle brique inclut la couche d’enduit grâce à la texture plastique du béton d’enrobage.A new composite brick containing a thin, closed plastic block filled with bulk cellulose wadding, and encased in aggregate concrete is proposed for the construction of partitions and semi-load-bearing or non-load-bearing walls, and also in floors, in as long as slabs.
