Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour convertir la 3-méthylcrotonyl-coa en acide 3-hydroxy-3-méthylbutyrique comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) convertir par voie enzymatique la 3-méthylcrotonyl-coa en 3-hydroxy-3-méthylbutyryl-coa; et (b) convertir par voie enzymatique en outre la 3-hydroxy-3-méthylbutyryl-coa ainsi produite en acide 3-hydroxy-3-méthylbutyrique, la conversion par voie enzymatique de la 3-hydroxy-3-méthylbutyryl-coa en acide 3-hydroxy-3-méthylbutyrique selon l'étape (b) éta
