Abstract
La présente invention concerne une tomate commerciale, à savoir la plante s. Lycopersicum, qui est résistante à un organisme nuisible de type arthropode comprenant, dans son génome, des séquences introgressées de s. Galapagense conférant une résistance audit organisme nuisible de type arthropode, les séquences introgressées étant choisies parmi celles présentes dans le génome d'une plante de la lignée tut11, numéro d'enregistrement ncimb 42109. La tomate commerciale de l'invention est de préférence résistante au tomv (virus de la mosaïque de la tomate). Les séquences introgressées se situent de préférence en un ou plusieurs des 12 loci définis par les marqueurs snp suivants : snp solcap_snp_sl_59890 sur le chromosome 1, snp solcap_snp_sl_15339 sur le chromosome 1, snp solcap_snp_sl_40154 sur le chromosome 1, snp solcap_snp_sl_32320 sur le chromosome 6, snp sl10187_425 sur le chromosome 6, snp ee_2362 sur le chromosome 6, snp ee_2996 sur le chromosome 6, snp sl10539_786_lc7260 sur le chromosome 6, snp ep_0489_lc7684 sur le chromosome 9, snp il2_5178 sur le chromosome 9, snp ee_3482_lc7808 sur le chromosome 9 et snp ee_1452 sur le chromosome 9.
