Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de gestion de l'environnement d'une cabine de véhicule automobile (100) comprenant : une enceinte (2), un premier filtre à air (2) monté au sommet de l'enceinte (2) et une ou plusieurs unités de conditionnement d'air (1) montées à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (2). La ou les unités de conditionnement d'air (1) reçoivent un air atmosphérique par le biais du premier filtre à air (3) et comprennent au moins un échangeur de chaleur par évaporation (11, 12) permettant de générer un air conditionné devant être fourni à une cabine (10) du véhicule (49). Une pluralité de seconds filtres à air (17) est montée sous l'enceinte (2), chacun des seconds filtres à air (17) étant situé sur l'un ou l'autre des côtés du premier filtre à air (3) et fixé en communication fluidique sur la ou les unités de conditionnement d'air (1). Une pluralité de conduites de raccordement (43, 44) est en outre disposée dans le système pour la recirculation de l'air. Au moins un volet motorisé (41, 42, 50, 51) est monté à l'intérieur de la pluralité de conduites de raccordement (43, 44) pour diriger le courant d'air depuis lesdites conduites dans lesdits échangeurs de chaleur par évaporation (11, 12) dans un mode de fonctionnement intense.The present invention relates to a system for managing the environment of a motor vehicle cabin (100) comprising: an enclosure (2), a first air filter (2) mounted at the top of the enclosure (2) and a or a plurality of air conditioning units (1) mounted within the enclosure (2). The at least one air conditioning unit (1) receives atmospheric air through the first air filter (3) and comprises at least one evaporative heat exchanger (11, 12) for generating conditioned air to be provided to a cab (10) of the vehicle (49). A plurality of second air filters (17) are mounted under the enclosure (2), each of the second air filters (17) being located on either side of the first air filter (3) and fixed in fluid communication on the air conditioning unit (s) (1). A plurality of connecting lines (43, 44) is further disposed in the system for recirculating air. At least one motorized flap (41, 42, 50, 51) is mounted within the plurality of connecting conduits (43, 44) for directing the flow of air from said ducts into said evaporative heat exchangers ( 11, 12) in an intense operating mode.
