Abstract

La présente application conceme une méthode de préparation d’extraits riches en cannabinoides a partir des plantes du genre cannabis ou de leurs sous produits ou de n’impo1te quel source contenant a9-tetrahydrocannabinol (a9-thc), cannabinol, cannabidiol leurs acides carboxyliques correspondants et le thcv. Selon la présente application, le matériel végétal est suspendu dans une solution aqueuse a un ph hautement basique, et extrait en présence d’une énergie ultrasons. La suspension ainsi obtenue et claritiée. Un extrait ces est obtenu par la suite par une précipitation par ph inversion.
