Abstract
La présente invention concerne un arbre (8) de support des contacts mobiles (7) dans un appareil de coupure électrique du courant, ledit appareil étant logé dans un boîtier isolant et comportant au moins un ensemble unipolaire (2,3,4,5) et un mécanisme de commande (1), ledit ensemble unipolaire comportant une chambre de coupure renfermant un contact fixe, un contact mobile (7) supporté par ledit arbre (8), un dispositif d’extinction d’arc, ledit arbre (8) pouvant être amené par ledit mécanisme de commande (1), manuellement ou automatiquement, dans une position d’ouverture des contacts mobiles des différents sous-ensembles dans laquelle position les contacts fixes et les contacts mobiles sont séparés, ou une position dite fermée de l’appareil dans laquelle les contacts mobiles sont respectivement en contact avec les contacts fixes, cet arbre (8) étant caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte une pièce monobloc allongée formant un arbre, ladite pièce étant réalisée en un matériau isolant, ledit arbre (8) étant monté articulé par rapport au socle de l’appareil autour d’un axe s’étendant sensiblement parallèlement à sa direction longitudinale, ledit arbre (8) comportant des moyens de liaison mécanique (45,46) au mécanisme de commande précité (1), ledit arbre (8) comportant, pour chaque sous-ensemble de phase ou de neutre (2,3,4,5), des moyens de maintien et de positionnement (20 à 24) du contact mobile (7) et des moyens de maintien et de positionnement (34 à 37) du ressort de pression decontact (18) associé au contact mobile (7).The present invention relates to a shaft (8) for supporting the movable contacts (7) in an electric current breaking device, said apparatus being housed in an insulating housing and comprising at least one unipolar assembly (2,3,4,5). and a control mechanism (1), said unipolar assembly having a break chamber enclosing a fixed contact, a movable contact (7) supported by said shaft (8), an arc extinguishing device, said shaft (8) can be brought by said control mechanism (1), manually or automatically, in an open position of the movable contacts of the different subsets in which position the fixed contacts and the movable contacts are separated, or a so-called closed position of the apparatus in which the movable contacts are respectively in contact with the fixed contacts, said shaft (8) being characterized in that it comprises an elongated monobloc piece forming a shaft, said piece being realized e in an insulating material, said shaft (8) being articulated relative to the base of the apparatus about an axis extending substantially parallel to its longitudinal direction, said shaft (8) having mechanical connection means (45 , 46) to the aforesaid control mechanism (1), said shaft (8) comprising, for each phase or neutral subassembly (2,3,4,5), holding and positioning means (20 to 24 ) of the movable contact (7) and holding and positioning means (34 to 37) of the contact pressure spring (18) associated with the movable contact (7).
