Abstract
Procédé d'alimentation et technologie de production d'un aliment entièrement végétarien destiné à des poissons carnivores, cet aliment étant fabriqué à base d'algues spiruline et chlorelle qui sont élevées et produites par multiplication cellulaire dans des bassins d'élevage, dans une eau nutritive électrolysée et traitée au thiosulfate de sodium neutralisant le chlore, puis séchées, pelletisées et emballées, après addition de préférence de 0,3 % de poudre de guar et de gomme et de préférence de 1-2 % de poudre d'oligofructane, avec addition de 10% d'eau électrolysée pour la stérilisation. L'aliment pour poissons fabriqué selon ce procédé est entièrement végétarien et peut être utilisé pour des poissons carnivores sans que ceux-ci ne souffrent de diarrhée. Ainsi, l'eau des bassins d'élevage de poissons ne présente pas d'eutrophisation par excès de détritus et de dépôts et l'alimentation quotidienne des poissons n'est pas non plus altérée. En outre, la ration alimentaire des poissons ne contenant pas de protéines d'origine animale, on obtient un taux de croissance quotidien optimal et une qualité de chair de poisson présentant des propriétés sensorielles optimales. L'alimentation des poissons au moyen de ce nouvel aliment entièrement végétarien est de plus économique, écologiquement durable et éthiquement acceptable, car il contribue à la sauvegarde des dernières réserves de poissons du monde.
