Abstract
Les concepts actuels des systèmes de turbines à vent (éoliennes) souffrent de plusieurs faiblesses qui nuisent à leurs implantations de façon plus intensive.Les problèmes principaux sont leurs manques d'efficacités par vent faible ou très élevé, le niveau sonore inacceptable, principalement en milieu résidentiel, le mouvement perpétuel des pâles qui nui visuellement au paysage et présente un effet stroboscopique à proximité et finalement ils représentent un danger pour les oiseaux.La présente invention décrit un nouveau model de production de l'électricité avec du vent générer par un débit d'eau qui tourne dans un circuit fermé. Le principe de fonctionnement peut s'appliquer à une grande variété de nouveau design de turbine à vent. En fonction des choix de design utilisés, cette nouvelle génération d'appareils améliore ou règle chacun des problèmes associés aux éoliennes traditionnelles.
