Abstract
Procédé de conversion de charge hydrocarbonée comprenant une huile de schiste comportant une étape d'hydroconversion en lit bouillonnant, une étape de fractionnement par distillation atmosphérique en fraction légère, en fraction naphta, en fraction gazole et en fraction plus lourde que la fraction gazole, un étape d'extraction liquide/liquide de la fraction plus lourde que la fraction gazole, et un hydrotraitement dédié à chacune des fractions naphta et gazole. Le procédé vise à maximiser le rendement en bases carburants.A hydrocarbon feed conversion process comprising a shale oil comprising a boiling bed hydroconversion stage, a fraction fraction fractionated by atmospheric distillation in a light fraction, a naphtha fraction, a gas oil fraction and a heavier fraction than the diesel fraction, a liquid / liquid extraction step of the heavier fraction than the diesel fraction, and a hydrotreatment dedicated to each of the naphtha and diesel fractions. The process aims to maximize the yield of fuel bases.
