Abstract
Cette invention fournit des matériaux et nanomatériaux spinelles ferrites à base d'étain dopés avec des métaux de transition (co, mn, ni, ...). L'aimantation résiduelle, l'aimantation à saturation, le champ coercitif, la température de transition et la température de blocage des matériaux et nanomatériaux spinelles ferrites sont optimisés par la concentration des ions magnétiques et la taille des manoparticules afin d'atteindre les caractéristiques requises pour des applications technologiques bien définies comme l'électroniques, spintroniques et hyperfréquences.
